We are looking for one individual who are self-motivated and who are able to self-perform to meet targets set out by the management. Not only a position within Working at Height, but also a position on the exciting challenges the global wind industry faces now and in the future.

We currently have an opportunity for a Rope Access L3 Technical Lead / Trainer to join our Asset Integrity Management team and play a significant role in contributing to our success as preferred trainer in the upstream industry.

Key function: Ensure the efficient operation and coordination of daily operations with regard to rope access services and support other departments within the company. Also responsible for maintaining working at Height’ & SPRAT/IRATA certification.

Essential  Instructor  Pre-Requirement:

  • IRATA / SPRAT LIII (Current)
  • PPE INSPECTION (Current)
  • WIND ENERGY Height Safety & Rescue (Current)
  • First Aid (Current)
  • OSHA 30 (Current)
  • GWO-BST (Current)

Responsibilities include: Coordinating all Rope Access personnel to meet project requirements; assisting managers in evaluating new and existing business opportunities; managing department resources, including staffing, training, and performance management and development.
